∘₊✧──────────── terms of service ────────────✧₊∘- all commissions are for personal use only. commissioners may not claim the artworks as anyone else's nor sell it.
- I reserve all rights to any commissioned work.
- payment either half upfront/half after sketch confirmed or full upfront.
- payment is to be made through paypal/kofi. alternative payment methods can be discussed (eg. local transfer).
- the commissioner is subject to cover any and all fees from transactions.
- no refunds will be made once the artwork has been started.
- cancellations made by the commissioner will not result in any refunds. if I cancel a commission, the client will receive a full refund (with the exception of violating tos).
- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
- completed commissions will be sent to the provided email address as a png. other file types may be requested.process
- depending on the commission type, the estimated completion time may range from 2 weeks – 2 months. if there is a specific date in mind for the deadline, please discuss it with me when requesting.
- regular progress updates will be sent.
- during the sketch phase, major revisions are allowed. from the colouring phase onwards, minor revisions (eg. colour adjustments, small details) may be allowed, but any major changes will be charged accordingly.

violation of these tos may result in the client getting blacklisted and/or getting their commission cancelled without refund.
